How can we Overcome these issues?
- Use Similar sounding footballer names: Wayne Ronnie, Christian Rolando
- Use locations of teams rather than names: Manchester Town, Westminster FC (Chelsea)

You will be banned for a period of time, meaning your skill stats reduce and the popularity amongst your manager, teammates and fans is reduced heavily, making it harder to get a transfer. Also you do not get paid for this period of time
